The Empowering Change ERP Program
Program Details:
Cost: $175 per week
Structure: 1–2 therapy sessions weekly + personalized check-ins
Format: In-person (Collegeville, PA) or virtual across Pennsylvania
Commitment: Weekly structure to help you make real, measurable progress

Tiffany is our Lead Therapist and runs our Exposure and Response Prevention Program. After taking a special interest in OCD, she pursued her training in ERP and has found it transformational with clients ever since. She loves working with clients who struggle with OCD or other intrusive rituals and understands the unique approach that it takes to change something that can become so debilitating.

What you can expect from The Empowering Change ERP Program
The therapy process will begin with a free consultation to ensure ERP is the right fit for you or your loved one. Then, you can expect the following:
A comprehensive outline that guides you through the program
Prep sessions leading up to the exposure therapy
Adaptive support based on your individual progress
Accountability check-ins outside of sessions
Duration: 17-21 sessions is usually the "hot spot" for most clients. However, depending on the severity, some clients are successful in under 10 exposures
The ability to change your habits long-term
