Therapy, for me, isn't about fixing you. You were never broken. It's about healing, and about welcoming every part of you, even the ones you've tried hard to hide or push away. When those parts feel understood, something shifts. You can begin responding to life in new ways, or maybe find your way back to the most authentic, free version of yourself, the one that's been there all along.

I believe that kind of change happens when we understand two worlds at once: your inner world, and the relationships in your outer world. They're always shaping each other. The part of you that shuts down during conflict, the reaction you can't seem to stop, the pattern that keeps showing up with partners, family, or friends. These aren't random. They're cycles, and once we can see them clearly, both inside you and between you and the people you love, they start to make sense. And what makes sense can change.

Many of the people I work with have learned to stay guarded, often for very good reasons. Maybe closeness has hurt before, or you've become the one who holds everything together, or you keep finding yourself in the same painful pattern and can't quite see why. I'm most drawn to working with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to look beneath the symptoms and get curious about what's driving them.

I'm also a great fit if you've been to therapy before. Maybe you've learned the coping skills, filled out the thought logs, and know your triggers, but something still feels stuck. That's usually a sign you're ready to go deeper, and that's exactly where I love to work.

My work blends Internal Family Systems (IFS) with a deep grounding in relational and family systems therapy. Together, we get to know the protective parts of you that have worked so hard to keep you safe, while also exploring how those parts show up in your closest relationships. I weave in psychodynamic and experiential work too, so our sessions are less about quick fixes and more about lasting change.

We all deserve to do more of what lights us up, and I learned a long time ago that this work energizes me. There's a part of me that is deeply growth-oriented, and it was always going to find its way into the work of healing and change. I also believe a therapist should walk the walk: I do my own inner work, and I won't ask you to go anywhere I haven't been willing to go myself.

Outside the office, you'll find me having fun with my friends and family and making time for my own mindfulness and parts work.
