Hi, I’m Ella, a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Mental Health Therapist.

I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating the messy middle of life—whether that’s anxiety, depression, identity questions, big transitions, or a deep sense of “I just don’t feel like myself lately.”

Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward—especially when they’ve been trying to hold it all together for a long time. My role isn’t to fix you (you’re not broken). It’s to walk with you through the fog, help you untangle what’s beneath the surface, and find a way forward that feels true to you.

Before joining Empowering Change, I worked in suicide prevention and bereavement care, supporting teens and young adults through some of their hardest moments. I’m deeply attuned to how heavy things can get—and how important it is to feel genuinely seen and safe in the therapy space.

I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and emotion-focused therapy, but I’ll never treat you like a checklist of symptoms. We’ll move at your pace, blending practical tools with curiosity, compassion, and just enough challenge to help you grow.

Clients have described me as calm, grounding, and approachable—but also someone who brings clarity and insight when things feel murky. Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible. We’ll explore patterns, build emotional resilience, and reconnect you with the strengths you already carry.

If life feels off-balance, you don’t have to wait for things to get worse to reach out. You deserve support that honors who you are—not just who you think you’re supposed to be. Let’s start from there.
