“I know that finding a therapist who makes you feel comfortable from the start can be difficult. Whether you are a child, an adolescent, or an adult, I am here to ensure you feel seen, heard, and supported with humor, warmth, and empathy.”
A Little About My Approach
Healing begins with feeling truly seen and heard. As a therapist, I provide a safe, compassionate, and highly structured space for children, teens, and adults navigating the complexities of neurodiversity, anxiety, and school-based challenges.
With over a decade of experience as a School Psychologist and Special Education teacher, I don’t just understand the clinical side of therapy—I understand the lived reality of families sitting at the IEP table or students struggling to regulate in a busy classroom. I bring that deep expertise into our sessions, combining evidence-based tools like DBT and CBT with a warm, human connection that helps you feel supported from the very first minute.
My Specialties
The School-Aged Specialist: From ADHD and Autism to learning disabilities and school-related anxiety, I help kids (6+) and teens navigate the unique pressures of growing up today.
Neurodiversity & Behavioral Support: I am ADOS-2 Certified and have extensive experience in ABA and social-skills training. I help bridge the gap between clinical support and real-world behavior.
Adults & Self-Esteem: I work with adults to untangle the feelings of being "out of touch" or overwhelmed, helping restore self-esteem and build healthier, more connected relationships.
Therapeutic Mission
The Problem: Life stress and disconnection can make you feel incredibly lonely—like you're stuck in "survival mode."
The Solution: We work together to find the "why" behind the struggle and, more importantly, the "how" of moving forward. I provide practical strategies you can use the moment you leave my office.
The Result: You regain your voice, your confidence, and the ability to foster genuine, healthy relationships with the people who matter most.
Experience & Background
I hold graduate degrees in both School Psychology and Special Education. This "dual-lens" allows me to advocate for my clients in a way few others can. Whether it’s conflict resolution, crisis counseling, or mindfulness, I bring a wealth of expert tools to every session.
More Than Just My Work
When I’m not in the office, I’m likely staying active through singing and dancing or planning my next big adventure. I recently traveled to Rome, Italy—as a history lover and an Italian food enthusiast, it was absolute paradise! I believe that honoring our own joys and curiosities is a vital part of the healing journey.
